We only provide support and maintenance for the self-hosted WordPress platform.

Absolutely, as long as your site is built on the self-hosted WordPress platform.

Payments will be deducted automatically via PayPal or Stripe (credit card). We accept all major credit cards.

For Enterprise customers, we accept direct deposit and paper checks.

It’s one site per plan, we do offer a multi-site plan which is our Enterprise option.

No, there are no contracts to sign up for this service. You may cancel anytime. However, the services will remain until the last day of the monthly payment cycle.

GenesisWP Tuneup is part of Riot Customs LLC, a digital company based in California and operated in Las Vegas, NV.

If you have multiples we recommend the Enterprise plan. However, if it’s less than 3 sites just contact us and we’ll cook up a custom plan for you.

We monitor your files for malware on a daily basis. However, not everything is foolproof so in the event that you are hacked we clean it up for you.

If your site is brand new or you haven’t started working on the site itself. We have a plan that was built just for that. Check out our Quarterly plan for details.
